Lead times vary by item type. While we strive to maintain reasonable lead times throughout the year, we highly recommend that extra time be allowed for delivery between peak seasonal months of March-June. The online account feature of this website lists general lead times for each item at time of order (once you are signed into your account).
Please understand that these listed lead times are estimates. You can also call 1-866-813-4501 to confirm prevailing lead times. If the order is urgent in nature with a specific in hands date requirement please notate that at time of order and we will do everything possible to accommodate your request or notify you if the delivery date is not possible.
Generally small orders that weigh less than 150 lbs. will ship UPS standard ground. Larger orders will be packaged on a pallet or in a gaylord and routed via the most economical LTL freight carrier. Shipping charges will be prepaid by Advantage and added to your invoice. Please inform us at the time of order if you require expedited delivery or have special delivery requirements such as residential, limited access, call ahead or lift-gate.
