Price
Although we strive to maintain stable and competitive pricing, Advantage Tent Fittings reserves the right to modify prices and terms when necessary, and without notice. Please confirm current price at time of order.
Minimum Order
A $25.00 minimum applies per shipment and does not include tax/shipping cost. Larger per order and annual minimums apply for OEM/Reseller accounts.
Credit Card Orders
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
General Credit Policy
Payment terms are available subject to credit approval. A credit application is required for new accounts and for existing accounts that would like to increase their credit limit. A 3% processing fee will be added to invoices that are billed on a terms account and paid by credit card after date of shipment.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are available through an Advantage customer service representative. Special pricing and product availability will be determined at the time of order placement. All custom orders must be prepaid in advance of production and are non-refundable.
Sales Tax
Orders shipping within the state of Ohio are subject to local prevailing sales tax rate unless a valid tax exempt or resale certificate is submitted and approved.
Shipping
It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify receipt of shipped goods and to make sure the order is complete and undamaged. Claims for incomplete or damaged shipments must be made to Advantage Customer Service within five days of receiving goods. Damage to shipments that occurred in transit must be noted on the carrier’s shipping document or BOL otherwise we cannot submit a claim to the carrier for reimbursement on your behalf. Shipping costs are prepaid and added to invoice unless other arrangements are requested. Product may occasionally ship directly from our supply chain partners.
Return Policy
All return claims must be filed within 14 days of receiving goods. To obtain a RMA number please call toll free 1-866-813-4501. RMA certificates must be displayed on all returned merchandise or merchandise will be refused. Any returned merchandise that is not deemed to be Advantage’s responsibility will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned with prepaid freight.
Limited Warranty
Advantage Tent Fittings warrants that it’s products will be free from manufacturer defect at the time of delivery. Length of warranty varies by product type. Please inquire with customer service regarding a specific product’s warranty length. This warranty is limited to product replacement or refund of the original purchase price and does not cover normal wear and tear and damage caused by shipping, product alteration, improper installation and other conditions beyond our control. Because we have no control over the ultimate end use of our products, in no event shall Advantage Tent Fittings be held liable for any personal or financial loss, injury, incidental or consequential damage resulting from the use of our products.
